Over three months, you'll move through a structured curriculum, live group coaching calls, and a full library of mindfulness and nervous system tools. Not to fix yourself, but to finally hear yourself and stay true to that. You'll do this alongside a small cohort of women in the same season: done with performing, ready to build what's next, and no longer willing to do it alone.

The Collective gives you a full curriculum of 12 sessions, a library of meditative and breathwork practices, and ongoing live coaching — not just content to watch and shelve. Each week builds on the last, moving you from understanding what got you here to actively building what comes next.

Founding Cohort
You'll enter September with a cohort of women who are done with the old version of success and ready to build something that actually feels like them. Over three months, you'll move through 12 live group coaching calls along with a full course curriculum covering everything from nervous system regulation to intentional decision-making, identity, and creating a life on your own terms. Each session combines teaching, guided journaling, and mindfulness practices so the work lands in your body, not just your head and we’ll build space into your calendar to work through this with implementation sessions.

You'll also have access to a full library of meditative practices, including breathwork, body scans, and mindfulness tools to support you in real time, not just when we're together. Weekly calls and implementation sessions mean you're never left to figure it out alone. And the community you build inside The Collective stays with you beyond the three months, a private space of women who witness you honestly, celebrate you genuinely, and keep showing up as long as you do.

By the end, you'll have a clear sense of your own values and identity, and the tools to lead yourself through whatever comes next. Not from pressure or performance, but from a deep, settled knowing of who you are and what you're building. And we’re here to support you and cheer you on through it all.

What This Is (and Isn’t)
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you were before chronic pressure pulled you away from yourself.
