My Story

I Found My Balance—
Now I’ll Help You Find Yours.

The coach I needed didn’t exist — so I became her.
I left the corporate world after realizing that burnout isn’t a personal failure. It’s what happens when capable, high-integrity women live in constant pressure and quiet misalignment. Now I help you lead and live from alignment instead of survival.

I needed a different kind of coach.

Not someone to teach me how to optimize my calendar or push harder.
Not someone to hand me another productivity framework.

I needed someone who understood what it actually feels like to be a high-achieving, sensitive woman in a world of never-ending demands at work in a high-stress senior role and at home, where I was raising my two children with my husband. Someone who understood the invisible toll, the constant pressure, the inability to switch off, the mental load, the way success on paper can coexist with exhaustion in your body. Someone who understood the science behind stress, mindfulness as a tool, and the quiet ache of following externally defined success and leading a life that looked good on the outside, but didn’t feel good on the inside to a point where there were physical manifestations like elevated cortisol levels leading to pre-diabetes.

When I couldn’t find her, I became her.

I spent my entire career in tech, much of it in senior leadership. I helped scale a company to more than double its revenue in 18 months. I grew and led a team fivefold. I built strong customer relationships and delivered measurable results.

From the outside, it looked successful.

Inside, I was running on empty.

I had trouble sleeping. I couldn’t fully disconnect. I was constantly “on.” My nervous system was living in low-grade fight-or-flight, and I didn’t even realize it at the time. I thought this was just what leadership required. What it was like to be a working mom. And if I couldn’t keep up, it was somehow my fault, my failure.

It wasn’t.

What I eventually understood is this:
Burnout isn’t personal. It’s caused by prolonged misalignment and an overactivated nervous system.

When you are living out of alignment with your values, personality, and deeper sense of purpose — even if you’re good at what you do — the body keeps score.

Leaving corporate wasn’t a choice; it was a life-or-death situation (I’m not exaggerating). And perhaps it was an evolution, but more than anything, it was a return. A return to myself. A return to clarity, health, steadier energy, and deeper presence in my marriage and family. I sleep well now. I communicate boundaries clearly. I feel grounded instead of constantly braced. I can even digest milk again, I know, weird flex.

That shift changed everything.

Now I help women like you do the same.

If you are stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly unfulfilled, it doesn’t mean you’re incapable. And how dare society imply that. It often means you’ve been carrying too much for too long, without the tools or support to regulate your nervous system and make aligned decisions.

Intentional leadership is not about pushing harder. It’s about learning to lead yourself first.

It can feel lonely to be the strong one. The competent one. The one who holds it together.

But you don’t have to navigate this turning point alone.

By combining practical coaching tools, nervous system regulation, values work, and mindfulness practices, I help high-achieving women reconnect with their clarity, transferable strengths, and inner authority.

Not to become someone new.
But to return to who they’ve always been.

This is not about blowing up your life.
It’s about leading it intentionally.

And it starts with you.

As a multi-passionate, I do more than coach and consult — I also teach German to kids, make soap, lip balms, candles and other home and bathroom products under Ahimsa Green Products, teach meditation and in my spare time, travel, hike with my family, and hang upside down in aerial yoga.
