Mindful Lunchbreak

A LEADERSHIP RESET IN 30 MINUTES
I’m so glad you’re here. Today, I’m sharing one small habit to kick-start your Intentional Leadership practice — and it’s not about KPIs, your team, or customers (though it will impact all of those).
A Real Break
Starts Here
As the saying goes, you can’t pour from an empty cup. So today, we’re filling your cup — or, more accurately, your plate. The practice?

Starting today, you’re going to take a real 30-minute lunch break away from your desk.

No phone, no scrolling, no distractions — just you, your meal, and the experience of enjoying it. If you’d like, you can follow my guided lunch meditation — the link is below.

Put Yourself On
The Calendar
I know you might be thinking, “I don’t have time!” But you do — because you’re going to make time.

Book 30 minutes in your calendar like it’s an appointment with the most important person in your life — because it is.

It doesn’t have to be the same time each day, just find what works. And honestly, if you’re a mid-career CS leader, you’re already working way more than 40 hours a week — you deserve this break.

So if you need permission to take a real lunch break, here it is.

This Is Your
Permission
Now go book it, stick to it, and try it for a week. I’m here when you’re ready to share how it went!
