A Leadership Reset in 30 Minutes

I’m so glad you’re here. Today, I’m sharing one small habit to kick-start your Intentional Leadership practice — and it’s not about KPIs, your team, or customers (though it will impact all of those).

As the saying goes, you can’t pour from an empty cup. So today, we’re filling your cup — or, more accurately, your plate. The practice?

Starting today, you’re going to take a real 30-minute lunch break away from your desk.

I know you might be thinking, “I don’t have time!” But you do — because you’re going to make time.

Book 30 minutes in your calendar like it’s an appointment with the most important person in your life — because it is.

It doesn’t have to be the same time each day, just find what works. And honestly, if you’re a mid-career CS leader, you’re already working way more than 40 hours a week — you deserve this break.
