I needed a different kind of Customer Success coach—one who understood the realities of the role and the toll it can take. When I couldn’t find them, I became them. I left the corporate world to redefine CS coaching, proving that true success starts with leading yourself and others with intention.
What do I know about that? Well, I spent all of my career thus far in Customer Success, much of it in senior leadership, and know first-hand how depleting CS can be: While I helped my last company more than double revenue in 18 months, scaling my team five-fold, and built meaningful relationships with key customers, I was burning out, constantly stressed, and starting to see the toll it took on me mentally and physically.
If you’re always stressed or feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unfulfilled, it’s not because you’re incapable—it’s because you’re out of alignment with your values and with what truly matters to you. You probably also forgot to take care of yourself along the way.
Chances are you’re not leading yourself or your team with presence and you’ve forgotten your purpose. I want to help you get back there before you get to the breaking point where I was. It’s lonely at the top of a CS department - but it doesn’t have to be!
Ultimately: Leadership isn’t a title; it’s about how you show up every day—as a team leader, department head, coworker, or key account CSM. By combining tried and true coaching tools with mindfulness practices, I help leaders like you step into their full potential with clarity and confidence. Ready to feel re-ignited and lead with intention? Let’s connect!
